POSITION OVERVIEW
The Recruitment Manager position is a critical role at CMC as we scale our provider network to keep up with a flood of demand from senior facilities across the country. We are growing rapidly, driven by our commitment to our mission of service.
This position is responsible for developing and leading strategic recruiting efforts to attract, hire and retain dentistry, podiatry, vision and audiology providers across the country. The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process from strategically planning to fill open positions and tracking recruitment progress to sourcing candidates across various channels and onboarding new hires, ensuring alignment with our mission-driven culture. They will recruit themselves and lead other recruiters and work with the executive team to identify workforce needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Source candidates, including fostering relationships with provider associations and other organizations to help boost our sources of talent acquisition
· Recruit for providers and provider support staff
· Develop and execute provider recruiting strategy to meet our current and future hiring needs
· Oversee the full lifecycle of provider recruiting and implement best practices for sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
· Define new KPIs for our recruiting function (e.g., offers presented, false starts, time to fill, etc.)
· Collaborate closely with our recruiting and credentialing leadership team and others in HR and operations to create and manage a diverse pipeline of candidates
· Oversee hiring and training process for new recruiters as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree required
· Prior healthcare recruiting experience
· Prior recruitment management experience
· The highest level of ethical standards of conduct and a deep empathy for the patients we take pride in serving
· Proven expertise in implementing successful recruiting strategies
· Strong knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and talent acquisition best practices
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
· Strong analytical skills
